If you love wearing circle skirts, then you'll love the petticoat.  This retro undergarment will give you a fuller looking skirt.  In this tutorial I show you how to create your own pattern for the petticoat.  If you've gone through the full circle skirt tutorial, then this should be very easy for you as the process is very similar.  The petticoat pattern is based upon the half circle skirt with a separate piece for the crinoline facing.  Even if you're new to pattern drafting, you should have no problem creating this great pattern using your own measurements.
