    I like my pants and skirts to sit at my hip. How or do I alter the pattern if the pattern sits at the waist? Do I just plug the hip measurement for waist measurement?

    Are you a premium member? I actually did a video where I lowered the waistline on my skirt pattern (the process for pants is the same).
