Have you looked on the actual pattern pieces for the finished measurements. This is usually where they are if they’re not on the envelope. Usually near the waist, you might see what looks like circle with a cross inside it and then the measurements next to it would be the waist finished measurement. You would then have to find the same thing near the hip area to find the hip finished measurement. This will not be listed on all pattern pieces, for example, if you don’t see it on the bodice back pattern piece the bust measurement might be on the bodice front pattern piece. Hope that helps!
