    Hi there,
I’ve seen you do this on your videos and was wonderin-
where should I position the pattern in relation to the cardboard when
increasing a pattern part. Should the pattern lay exactly half on the cardboard?
    Thanks.

I mostly use the cardboard because I’m pushing a straight pin through the pattern and the cardboard helps anchor the straight pin and keeps it in place. If I just do it on a hard surface, the straight pin won’t stay in the paper. So the cardboard doesn’t have to cover the whole pattern, but at least the half of the pattern where the alteration is taking place. 🙂
