In attempting to play the Test video when opting to upgrade to Premium,what could be the problem if the video just cycles and never plays? I’ve checked my internet connections. Whatelse can I try? Thanks.
What internet browser are you using? Make sure it is up to date. That would be the 1st thing to try. I use chrome and it works great, here is a link to download chrome
