    The skirt I am making is asking that twill tape be applied to the waistband. Please tell me someone how this is done without having to pay to see a 10 minute video. I am unable to pay the money right now due to a lay off at work. Thanks so much. I have also googled it and can find nothing. Please help.

    The instructions have you cut one waist stay and then cut the twill tape to the length of the waist stay. I have done this and now need to know what I do next. Guess I need to know when do I sew on the waist stay and the twill tape. I did sign up for the premium and I love it. Saw the video on twill tape.
