I ride horses and primarily Dressage. I have a problem with most breeches that the crotch is too low. These are expensive items for riding.
    from $100 to $1200.
It’s frustrating to spend that kind of money and not have a good fit. This also matters when in the saddle competing.
Is there anyway my sewing machine can help remedy this issue?

Unfortunately, this is not an easy fix. You’d probably have to remove the waistband and zipper so you can remove some of the excess fabric at the top of the waistline to shorten the crotch length and then put it all back together again.
