I’m unsure if you’re looking for a machine which can do both of those stitches individually or if you’re looking for an overlock type of stitch which is a zigzag bordered by straight stitches. If it’s the former, any home sewing machine should be able to do this. If it’s the latter, most machines, even basic ones offer a some other types of stitches and the overlock stitch is usually one of them. One basic machine I use is this one: https://www.amazon.com/Spiegel-SP3201-Sewing-Machine/dp/B07CNVGJBV/ref=lp_2601084011_1_1?srs=2601084011&ie=UTF8&qid=1559153532&sr=8-1 and you can see the overlock stitch as row S1, column J. So this machine would be able to do it.
