McCall’s 7348

Hi
I naught a m7348 to start my first project but the layout shown on the pattern is that the fabric is not fold in half so still some of the fabric on the right side and the sleeve and the neck pattern peaces are in the folded area and the one side as well wich is very confusing it doesn’t make sense to me.
Please help
