I’m a beginner sewer and quilter. I’m making a lap quilt for the first time using the large block pattern. I used quilt basting spray to adhere the back to the cotton batting. When I turned it around, there’s a sizeable “crinkle” in the fabric. How do I fix this? Can someone please help? Thanks a bunch!

oh no, have you tried just pulling the layers apart again and starting over? The basting spray I use is definitely not like permanent glue. When I’m doing this step, I have a friend help me because it definitely isn’t easy to do it by yourself.
