    I’m very new to sewing and as I watch videos, I see that most people cut for the 1 size. Does the tracing wheel and paper work if you wanted to make multiple sizes of the same pattern or what is the best method?

    yes, if you have to use more than one size in an envelope, then you should make a copy. You can either use a tracing wheel and mark new paper underneath or you can buy roll of tracing paper, lay it on top and just trace it with a pencil or pen.
