    Hello!
I’ve been struggling with altering a pattern (specifically simplicity 2757) trying to do a FBA. I realized that the bodice is a corset like piece, where the front has three pieces, and one back piece. there is no discernible apex point and i have no idea which piece to use: the side front or the front? i would appreciate any help! thank you!

Such a cute pattern! 😀 Someone else just asked a similar question. What I suggested to them is to tape your side front and front together, overlapping seam allowance so it’s more one piece and looks a bit more traditional. That way it might be easier to visualize the pivoting and your still just increasing on the side seam. Definitely make a muslin to test the fit before going full force on this pattern. Good luck and please post a pic when you finish 😀
