Hi, I have just watched your video for the fba. I have a very narrow back and am wondering if I really need to add the back bodice at the side seam. I will also need to do the broad back adjustment as I am broad just below the shoulder, well at least I think thats the problem. Some of my rtw blouses do feel like straight jackets. Sewing is vey new to me so any advice you could pass along would be greatly accepted

Sorry, for the delay in response. This has been a really busy week, but I want to help. If you a narrow back and trying to do a fba, you may just want to add to the front bodice only. Definitely make your muslin to test your fit. We don’t have any tutorials re: the broad back issue but I did find this pretty good article on Threads. One suggestion is using 1 size up for the back bodice and easing the two bodices together. Here’s the link: http://www.taunton.com/threads/pages/t00103.asp Hope this helps!
