Hi prof pin! I am working with the stretch lace. I used the test away paper to sew the front to back and attach the sleeves. It worked very good. The issue I now have is how to finish the edges of the lace. I am making a pull on shirt without a lining attached. The lining is separate so the wearer can choose the lining to their liking (long sleeve, short, diff colors….). My pattern instructs to add a band on the arm, bottom hem and neck but the lace is too delicate for me to attach it. I’ve tried with tear away paper and lining materials and have not been successful. Suggestions??? Thank you so so much! Heather

What about sewing a blind hem by hand. It’s time consuming but it’ll look nice.
