    I am new to sewing, i understand a little bit about it but not much. I have just purchased my first paper pattern which is for a woman’s business shirt now there is a part there on the paper that has dotted lines down the side and near the bust area. . .im not too sure if this is very understandable, but if you do understand can you please help me
