    In the directions for making a newborn onesie it calls for a strip of fabric 1 5/8ths inches by 60”. This strip is used as binding around the neck &leg openings. It does not say if that strip should be cut on the bias??? In fact on the video it looks to be cut regular (not on the bias) because the little animals on the animal print fabric are straight up and down. Yet something about bias was mentioned….bias strip is mentioned?

    sorry for the confusion. I do say bias, but to be more clear, it’s really just a binding. It does not need to be cut on the bias because you should be using two way stretch knit and, therefore, already stretchy, even if you don’t cut it on the bias. Hope that helps
