    I have a question about basting. Is the basting done on the seam line or inside between the cut edge and the seam line. I have been using the seam line, but it is impossible to get the basting thread out. I think I just answered my own question, but I need clarification.

    Yeah, it’s really your preference. If it’s in the seamline and I use a matching thread, I just leave the basting stitch in. If it’s inside or outside the seamline, then it is easier to remove. 🙂
