Baby Beanie Ears

I made the baby beanie hat and the ears don’t stand up like yours do. Is there a trick to this?

Mine don’t stand up all the time either. Fleece has enough body to allow us to prop them for when we took picture, but being worn, they’ll flop over at the base of the ear. You can fill the the ears with polyfill to make them more structured but they still may be weak at the base. Also, you can change the shape of the ears to something smaller. If you do bear ears or cat ears, they should remain standing.
