    hello!
    so i finally did the FBA but now i’m wondering about the waist increase in the shirt. i have to add 4.5 inches more to the waist. could you explain how i should go about that?

    Yes, you can totally do this. Just take your now altered pattern and do our waist increase as seen in this tutorial: https://www.professorpincushion.com/professorpincushion/increase-waist-pattern-alteration/ You’ll be increase each side by 1 1/8″, for a total of 4 1/2″, and pivoting from your new bustline point.
