Yes, as Sarah says, since it’s an apron, you can probably get away with doing minor adjustments. In fact, I might just make the ties a little longer since the hip width difference is only 3″ and just make the “skirt” portion of the apron a little longer than the pattern, if you wish to increase the length. Since the chest measurements are the same in size 8 and size 10, I would just leave this as is. Good luck and please post an image after you finish it 🙂
