wow! super cute design. It doesn’t come with any written instructions? I don’t know if this helps but I think you usually fold along the line of the pleat on the large dot and bring that folded edge to the smaller dot. When I’ve done pleats before, I was always doing it on the right side. The one made up of several dots might be several folds layered on top of each other but without directions, I’m just guessing. I would also assume that the shaded part on the skirt also eventually becomes a pleat since they’re using the same symbol design. You picked a challenging one!
