Want to add some cute boot cuffs to your winter style this year?  You can make a pair of these cute boot cuffs with a little effort and the best part is that they can be made by upcycling an old sweater.  (This tutorial uses a pattern so you can even use purchased fleece, if you don't own a garment your willing to cut up.)   While you can use the sleeves of the sweater, this way also allows you to use the body of the sweater as well, giving you more material and design options.  Add some lace, buttons or other trims to embellish your cuff and no one will guess they came from an old sweater.
