    I need to make a purchased size 12 month costume into a 3 month old costume. Its a dragon. Has attached hands, feet and tail. head piece is separate. My thought is to just cut it in half at the waist to shorten the length. Then take up the side seams and inside leg seams and underarm. Does this sound reasonable? Grandma’s will do anything, right?
