      Used double folded bias binding. On polar fleece border after washing completely puckered all the way around could not press out (low setting) don’t know what happened

        hmmm…that is odd. Was the binding store bought or did you make your own? Usually puckering is caused by uneven shrinking. The fleece is probably polyester which shouldn’t shrink and most store bought bindings should be preshrunk…otherwise through the washing and drying method you might lose all the folding that bias tape has. I’m so sorry that happened to you 🙁
