What kind of fabric are you wanting to use? You can pretty much use any woven fabric that’s not too heavy weight, that flows, (not knits or stretchy fabric) and I would stay away from velvets or fabric with nap. But if you want more formal fabric, you can use silk, crepe, (I’d probably stay away from satin), even the polyester silkies could look nice.
