sorry for the delay in response. I just got back from vacation. I’ve heard different things about ironing lycra/spandex. Some say don’t iron it at all and some say you can iron but must use a low setting. So you can finger press but if you do use an iron, use it on a low heat setting and protect the fabric with a press cloth. Maybe try it on a scrap of your fabric and make sure it’ll be ok.
