Maybe try a size 14.  Create the bodice using some cheap fabric or muslin.  You can just baste the pieces together and test the fit.  It’s a good way to see how the pattern will work for you before using your nice fabric and see if you need to do any tweaks here and there.  I can’t wait to see how your dress comes out.  It’s such a pretty one. 🙂
