If you’re asking how to use it: Hand wind a bobbin with the elastic thread. Don’t stretch the elastic while you’re winding it. Putthe bobbin in your machine as if it has regular thread in it. Thread your sewing machine with regular thread and bring the elastic thread up through the throat plate just like you do with regular thread. Use a long stitch length of at least 3.0 depending on your fabric (I suggest testing it on a scrap to get the right amount of bunching you want). Make sure you leave a couple of inches of thread tail when you stop sewing with elastic thread and don’t use the automatic cutting feature on your machine. It will cut the tail too short and the elastic will pull back into the bobbin forcing you to re-thread your machine. I hope this helps. If not, please ask more questions.
