so the crotch length is too long in a pair of pants? There is not simple fix for this. You would have to remove the waistband and zipper then remove the extra amount from the top of the pants, thereby shortening the crotch length. Once the excess is removed from the top you can reinstall the zipper (you’ll probably have to shorten it first) and then reattach the waistband.
